摘 要:柑橘黄龙病(Huanglongbing,简称HLB)是柑橘生产中最具毁灭性的病害,给柑橘产业带来巨大的经济损失。为系统了解近年柑橘黄龙病的研究状况,采用CiteSpace,从Web of Science(WOS)和中国知网(CNKI)数据库中分别检索出2108篇英文文献和2359篇中文文献,再以发文量、研究主体(作者、机构及国家)、研究热点及前沿4个角度进行知识图谱分析。由分析可得(:1)国内外正加强对于黄龙病的研究,预计未来仍会保持热度(;2)我国虽已成为黄龙病研究的重要力量,但其科研综合实力与美国相比仍存在巨大差距(;3)中文文献的研究热点主要包括黄龙病综合防治和黄龙病原体,近年关注优势品种的栽培技术及持续重视综合防控;(4)英文文献聚焦于提高柑橘生产力、防治药物、柑橘木虱和黄龙病原体等方面,近年则关注柑橘木虱的生理生化特性和防治手段,并开始重视非洲柑橘木虱对欧洲黄龙病的潜在威胁,然后对黄龙病的分类检测技术进行不断地创新。最后提出缩小我国与美国的黄龙病科研差距的建议。Citrus Huanglongbing(HLB)has brought huge economic losses to the global citrus industry.In order to systematically understand the research status and trend of citrus Huanglongbing in recent years,the CiteSpace was used to select 2359 Chinese journal literature data from CNKI(1956—2021)with Huanglongbing research in China;(3) The research hotspots of Chinese literature mainly includecomprehensive prevention and control of Huanglongbing as well as Huanglongbing pathogen, amongwhich heat treatment can be effectively applied to control Huanglongbing, but it only stays in the experimentalstage. Other treatment methods (using some chemical molecules to induce or stimulate the internalresistance of citrus, using oligosaccharide as plant immune recognition, developing a vaccine targetingnano iodine to kill Huanglongbing pathogen, and using stem tip grafting to detoxify, etc.) have problemsof high technical threshold. The three-step method summarized by several research groups organizedby the Ministry of Agriculture of the PRC is still applicable, which includes killing citrus psyllid,using pathogen-free propagation materials, and eradicating pathogens (trees) in time for comprehensivecontrol. Among them, controlling citrus psyllid is the key measure, which can establish an ecologicalisolation system and use natural or physical and ecological barriers to block the large- scale spread ofpsyllid. The chemical control is obvious but unsustainable, and therefore physical and biological controlmeasures can be adopted. In China, there is a phenomenon that the suitable area of citrus psyllids hasmoved northward, so early warning and prevention measures should be taken. Research frontiers includethe following aspects: (1) Some wild disease-resistant citrus varieties have been found in China,which can be used to resist Huanglongbing;(2) From 2015 to 2019, China invested nearly 400 millionyuan to support the program for prevention and control of Huanglongbing;(3) In 2019, local regulationson prevention and control of Huanglongbin
