摘  要:随着电力体制改革向纵深推进,售电侧逐步向社会资本放开,各省电力有限公司在售电市场所占的份额逐渐减少。为应对日趋严峻的市场环境,需要充分利用现有数据资源,深入挖掘客户潜在需求,一方面改善供电服务质量,增强客户黏性,提高客户忠诚度;另一方面为即将到来的能源互联网多元化经营做好充足准备。利用大数据、云计算、物联网和移动互联等新技术推动智能电网创新发展,基于标签体系的客户价值评价系统,提出以挖掘数据多维价值为目标的服务渠道经营策略,可有效促进电力企业经营运作效益的提高。With the deepening of power system reform,the power sales side is gradually liberalized to social capital,and the share of provincial power companies in the power sales market is gradually reduced.In order to cope with the increasingly severe market environment,it is necessary to make full use of existing data resources and deeply dig the potential needs of customers.On the one hand,it is necessary to improve the quality of power supply service,enhance customer stickiness and enhance customer loyalty,on the other hand,it makes sufficient preparations for the upcoming diversified operation of energy internet.New technologies such as big data,cloud computing,Internet of Things and mobile internet are used to promote the innovation and development of smart grid,and the service channel management strategy aiming at mining multidimensional value of data is put forward,which can effectively promote the improvement of the operation efficiency of enterprises.
