摘 要:用闪烁探测器替代高纯锗探测器作为散射γ射线的探测装置,用具备符合功能的高带宽示波器替代复杂的电子学系统作为数据采集系统,对康普顿符合装置进行了改进,在适当的源强条件下,使符合事件采集率提高了一个量级,有效符合事件采集率可达到1 s-1,单一闪烁体电子能量响应测量时间由几周缩短为几天。使用该装置对溴化镧闪烁体的电子能量响应进行了测量,结果与文献结果符合,证明该装置适用于闪烁体的电子发光非线性测量。At present,Compton coincidence technique(CCT)is the leading technology for measuring scintillator non-proportionality.However,this technology has low data collection rate(<0.1 s-1)and slow acquisition speed.In this paper,a modified CCT facility is improved,that is,the scintillation detector is used instead of high-purity germanium(HPGe)detector for detecting scattering gamma rays,and the high bandwidth oscilloscope with coincidence function is used to replace the complex data acquisition systems to improve the Compton coincidence facility.Under the appropriate source strength conditions,the coincidence event acquisition rate is increased by an order of magnitude,and the effective coincidence event acquisition rate can reach 1 s-1.The measurement time of a single scintillator sample is reduced from a few weeks to a few days.Furthermore,LaBr 3 non-proportionality is measured by this modified facility,and the results are consistent with the reference data,which proves that this facility is suitable for the measurement of scintillator non-proportionality.
