摘 要:根据废弃塑料回收利用的不同方式及应用现状,阐述了目前废塑料常用物理和化学回收法技术方案及其特点。具体论述了废塑料催化裂解回收利用技术的影响因素和应用现状,如反应条件、塑料种类、引入催化剂,并讨论了废塑料催化裂解所需催化剂的影响因素,如制备方法、催化剂载体、活性组分。最后针对废塑料催化热裂解技术存在的问题,指出废塑料催化裂解技术机理的探究、设备的改良和催化剂的优化将是未来废塑料回收领域的研究重点。According to the different recycling methods and application status of waste plastics,the technical schemes and characteristics of physical and chemical recycling methods for waste plastics are described.The influencing factors and application status of waste plastics catalytic cracking recovery and utilization technology,such as reaction conditions,types of plastics,introduced catalysts were discussed in detail.The influencing factors of catalysts for catalytic cracking of waste plastics were discussed,including preparation method,catalyst carrier and active component.Finally,some suggestions are put forward in view of the problems existing in the catalytic pyrolysis technology of waste plastics.It is pointed out that the exploration of the catalytic pyrolysis technology mechanism of waste plastics,the improvement of equipment and the optimization of catalyst will be the focus of research in the field of waste plastics recycling in the future.
