摘  要:1,4-环己烷二甲醇是一种重要的聚酯生产原料,主要用来合成不饱和树脂、聚酯树脂、聚酯多元醇等,也可以用来制备线性聚酯纤维,需求量日益增大。介绍了以对苯二甲酸为原料,催化加氢制备1,4-环己烷二甲醇的研究进展。对苯二甲酸加氢主要包括苯环加氢和羧基加氢,详细总结了单金属催化剂、双金属催化剂、三金属催化剂及多金属催化剂对催化活性的影响,研究了加氢反应机理以及不同金属之间的相互作用。1,4-Cyclohexanedimethanol(CHDM)is an important raw material for polyester production.It is mainly used to synthesize unsaturated resins,polyester resins,polyester polyols,etc.It can also be used to prepare linear polyester fibers.This paper systematically introduces the research progress of the catalytic hydrogenation of terephthalic acid(PTA)to prepare CHDM.PTA hydrogenation mainly includes benzene ring hydrogenation and carboxyl group hydrogenation.The effects of monometallic catalysts,bimetallic catalysts,trimetallic catalysts and multimetallic catalysts on the catalytic activity were summarized in detail,and the hydrogenation reaction mechanism and the interaction between different metals were also studied.
