摘  要:采用相同级配渣油加氢系列催化剂在相同反应条件下对两种不同性质的渣油原料进行加氢处理,考察了原料油性质对催化剂加氢反应活性的影响。结果表明,不同原料油在加氢处理过程中均表现出较高的硫脱除率,而氮脱除率、残炭转化率相对较低;不同来源的渣油原料性质差异大,加氢反应活性不同,对于低硫、高氮和高Ni/V原子比的原料油,其金属脱除率、氮脱除率、残炭转化率均较低。Two kinds of residue feedstocks with different properties were hydrotreated over the same catalysts under the same reaction conditions,and the effect of the feedstock properties on the hydrogenation activity of the catalysts was investigated.The results showed that different feedstocks have high sulfur removal efficiency,while the nitrogen removal efficiency and carbon residue conversion efficiency are relatively low.The properties of residual oil from different sources vary greatly,and their hydrogenation reactivity is different.For the feedstocks with lower sulfur,higher nitrogen and higher Ni/V atomic ratio,the metal removal efficiency,nitrogen removal efficiency and carbon residue conversion are lower.
