摘　　要：RSS-2催化剂是由中国石化石油化工科学研究院有限公司研发、中国石化催化剂有限公司长岭分公司生产,于2012年首次应用于中国石油化工股份有限公司石家庄炼化分公司航煤加氢装置,装置于2012年11月投入生产。截止2021年8月装置停工检修,催化剂连续运行8年8个月。催化剂进入使用末期,活性和选择性有所下降,但通过加氢催化剂床层温度控制仍然保持良好的活性满足生产需要。本文介绍了RSS-2加氢催化剂的物性参数、加氢反应原理,分析总结了该剂在航煤加氢装置上的应用情况。RSS-2 catalyst was developed by Sinopec Petrochemical Research Institute Co.,Ltd.and produced by Changling Branch of Sinopec Catalyst Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Party B).It was first applied in the petrochemical jet fuel hydrogenation unit in Sinopec Shijiazhuang Refining&Chemical Co.,Ltd.in 2012 and put into production in November 2012.By August 2021,the plant was shut down for maintenance,and the catalyst had been running continuously for 8 years and 8 months.As the catalyst entered the end of service,its activity and selectivity decreased,but it still maintained good activity to meet the production needs through temperature control of hydrogenation catalyst bed.This paper introduces the physical parameters of RSS-2 hydrogenation catalyst and the principle of hydrogenation reaction,analyzes and summarizes the application of RSS-2 hydrogenation catalyst in jet fuel hydrogenation unit.
