摘  要:以6-甲基孕酮乙酸酯为原料,在Pd/C催化剂和助剂等作用下合成醋酸甲羟孕酮。考察不同Pd含量催化剂及其用量、反应时间、反应温度、反应器转速对反应效果的影响。结果表明,制备的3%Pd/C和5%Pd/C催化剂均能实现醋酸甲羟孕酮的合成,3%Pd/C催化剂具有明显的性能和成本优势。在3%Pd/C催化剂用量1.0 g、反应温度100℃、反应时间90 min和反应器转速600 r·min^(-1)的条件下合成的醋酸甲羟孕酮纯度最优,对应粗品中F杂质最低。Using 6-methylene progesterone acetate as raw material,medroxyprogesterone acetate was synthesized under the action of Pd/C catalyst and additives.The effects of different dosage of catalyst with varying Pd contents,reaction time,reaction temperature and reaction speed on the synthesis of medroxyprogesterone acetate were investigated.The results show that the prepared 3%Pd/C and 5%Pd/C catalysts can realize the synthesis of medroxyprogesterone acetate,and the 3%Pd/C catalyst has obvious performance and cost advantages.Under the conditions of 3%Pd/C catalyst dosage of 1.0 g,reaction temperature of 100℃,reaction time of 90 min and reactor speed of 600 r·min^(-1),the purity of medroxyprogesterone acetate was the best,and the F impurity was the lowest in the corresponding crude product.
