摘 要:溶浸范围的确定是酸法地浸采铀工艺中的重要一环。以内蒙一个铀采区为例,以水动力模型和溶质运移模型为基础,分别用pH<2、水力梯度趋于自然流场和迹线累积流量贡献率>97%三种方式确定溶浸范围,对比分析三种条件下确定的溶浸范围。可以得到:(1)三种方法确定的溶浸范围均与铀矿溶解范围相近,可以用来表征溶浸范围;(2)三种方法在边缘位置与铀矿溶解范围存在一定差异,其中,pH圈定范围与之最为相近;(3)以pH<2为标准的操作难度较小,其余两种方法数据处理较复杂。pH<2最适合用于表征溶浸范围。The determination of leaching range is an important part of acid in-situ uranium leaching process.Taking a uranium mining area in Inner Mongolia as an example,based on the hydrodynamic model and solute transport model,the leaching range was determined by pH<2,hydraulic gradient tending to natural flow field,and path line cumulative flow contribution rate is more than 97%,respectively.The leaching range determined under the three conditions is compared and analyzed.The following results can be obtained:(1)The solution leaching range determined by the three methods is close to that of uranium ore,which can be used to characterize the solution leaching range.(2)There are some differences between the edge position of the three methods and the dissolution range of uranium ore,among which the pH delineation range is the closest.(3)The operation with pH<2 as the standard is less difficult,and the data processing of the other two methods is more complex.It is considered that pH<2 is the most suitable for characterizing the leaching range.
