摘 要:以高纯CdCl_(2)、TeO_(2)为原料,(NH_(4))2CO_(3)为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀氢还原的方法制备出碲化镉粉末。结合XRD、SEM、TG等研究手段分析上述过程发生的物相转变和微观结构变化。结合相关化学反应热力学数据,对氢化过程发生的化学反应进行理论分析。结果表明,当CdCl_(2)和TeO_(2)以摩尔比1∶1进行混合得到的碲镉共沉物,Cd^(2+)以1~2μm的CdCO_(3)的形式在TeO_(2)的表面沉淀析出;在500℃氢氩混合气(10%H_(2)+90%Ar)气氛下,成功还原出单一相组成的碲化镉粉末。CdTe powder was prepared by co-precipitation and hydrogen reduction method applying high purity CdCl 2 and TeO_(2) as raw materials and(NH_(4))2CO_(3) as precipitant.The phase transformation and microstructure change during the above process were analyzed by means of XRD,SEM,TG and other research methods.Based on the thermodynamic data of chemical reactions,the chemical reactions occurred in hydrogenation process were theoretically analyzed.The results show that when CdCl_(2) and TeO_(2) are mixed at a molar ratio of 1∶1,the Cd and Te co-precipitation product is obtained.Cd^(2+)precipitates on the surface of TeO_(2) in the form of CdCO_(3) with a size of 1~2μm.The CdTe powder composed of single phase is successfully reduced under the atmosphere of hydrogen argon mixture(10%H_(2)+90%Ar)at 500℃.
