摘　　要：印度的甘蔗种植和食糖生产历史悠久,产糖量和消费量居世界前列,在全球糖业中占据重要的地位。首先,介绍印度的国家概况,包括自然地理条件、经济和农业情况;其次,从种植区域分布、育种、植保、农艺,以及甘蔗种植面积和产量等方面分析甘蔗生产;再次,介绍制糖生产、研究机构和食糖进出口情况,包括糖厂总体概况、产糖量、糖业政策、食糖价格等内容;最后,总结印度对我国食糖生产的启示,并指出双方要在品种选育、制糖生产技术、综合利用等方面加强交流与合作,以期提高两国糖业的综合竞争力,促进全球糖业可持续健康发展。India has a long history of sugarcane cultivation and sugar production.Its sugar production and consumption are among the top in the world and occupy an important position in the global sugar industry.Firstly,it introduces the country profile of India,including the physical and geographical conditions,economic and agricultural conditions;Secondly,sugarcane production is analyzed from the aspects of planting area distribution,breeding,plant protection,agronomy,and sugarcane planting area and yield;Thirdly,it introduces sugar production,research institutions,sugar import and export,including the general situation of sugar factories,sugar production,sugar industry policies,sugar prices,etc.Finally,it summarizes India's enlightenment on China's sugar production,and points out that both sides should strengthen exchanges and cooperation in variety selection,sugar production technology,and comprehensive utilization,so as to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the sugar industry of both countries,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the global sugar industry.
