摘　　要：目的:研究PDCA循环对临床危急值管理质量的影响。方法:收集2021年1~6月未实施PDCA循环管理的危急值报告,与实施PDCA循环管理后的2021年8~12月的危急值报告进行相关数据比较。结果:实施PDCA循环管理后,我院2021年的危急值及时报告率、及时处置率、及时记录率分别由90.20%、82.71%、75.62%提高至97.64%、93.78%、95.88%。结论:PDCA循环能有效提高临床危急值管理质量。Objective:To explore the influences of PDCA cycle on the quality of clinical critical value management.Methods:The critical values of January to June 2021 without PDCA cycle management were collected and compared with the critical values of August to December 2021 after PDCA cycle management.Results:After the implementation of PDCA cycle management,the timely reporting rate,timely handling rate and timely recording rate of critical values in our hospital in 2021 increased from 90.20%,82.71% and 75.62% to 97.64%,93.78% and 95.88% respectively.Conclusion:PDCA cycle can improve the quality of clinical critical value management effectively.
