摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔疾病患者住院费用构成,为优化口腔疾病住院费用结构、控制口腔疾病住院费用不合理增长提供参考。方法:以山东省某专科医院2017年至2021年3847例口腔疾病住院患者作为研究样本,采用描述统计及因子分析法,分析影响口腔疾病住院费用的主要因素。结果:手术材料费、治疗服务费和化验检查费是影响口腔疾病患者住院费用的主要因子。结论:结合口腔疾病的特点,以手术材料费为主要着力点,动态实行医疗服务价格调整,以控制口腔疾病患者医疗费用的不合理增长。Objective:It is explored the composition of inpatient expenses of patients with oral diseases,and provided reference for optimizing the structure of inpatient expenses of oral diseases and controlling the unreasonable increase of inpatient expenses of oral diseases.Methods:Taking 3,847 inpatients with oral diseases in a certain special hospital in Shandong Province from 2017 to 2021 as the study sample,the main factors affecting the hospitalization expenses of oral diseases were analyzed by descriptive statistics and factor analysis.Results:Operation material factor,treatment service factor and laboratory examination factor are the main factors affecting the hospitalization expenses of patients with oral diseases.Conclusion:Based on the characteristics of oral diseases,and with the cost of surgical materials as the main focus,it will be dynamically adjusted the price of medical services to control the unreasonable growth of medical expenses of patients with oral diseases.
