摘 要:目的比较MicroTyper MS微生物快速鉴定基质辅助激光解析飞行时间质谱和VITEK 2Compact全自动微生物分析系统对细菌的鉴定能力。方法950株临床分离的菌株,均采用MicroTyper MS和VITEK 2 Compact同时进行鉴定,以VITEK 2 Compact的结果为准,分析MicroTyper MS与VITEK 2Compact结果的一致性。结果同时鉴定950株细菌,与VITEK 2 Compact鉴定结果相比,MicroTyper MS可将841株(88.5%)鉴定至种,可将899株(94.6%)鉴定至属。鉴定不一致51株(5.4%)。MicroTyper MS与VITEK 2 Compact相比,鉴定至种的一致率为88.5%,鉴定至属的一致率为94.6%。695株革兰阴性细菌中,MicroTyper MS可将611株(87.9%)鉴定至种,可将649株(93.4%)鉴定至属。鉴定不一致46株(6.6%)。247株革兰阳性球菌中,MicroTyper MS可将222株(89.9%)鉴定至种,可将242株(98.0%)鉴定至属。鉴定不一致5株(2.0%)。8株酵母菌中,MicroTyper MS可将8株(100.0%)鉴定至种,鉴定不一致0株。结论MicroTyper MS与VITEK 2 Compact对临床常见细菌的鉴定结果具有较高的一致性,但MicroTyper MS相对VITEK 2 Compact来说具有耗时短、成本低等优点,提高了鉴定效率,为临床诊疗带来了便利。Objective To compare the identification ability of MicroTyper MS microorganism identification matrix assisted laser analysis time of flight mass spectrometry and VITEK 2 Compact automatic analysis system for bacteria.Methods All 950 clinical isolates were identified simultaneously using MicroTyper MS and VITEK 2 Compact,and the results of VITEK 2 Compact were used as the standard to analyze the consistency of MicroTyper MS and VITEK 2 Compact.Results Simultaneous identification of 950 bacterial strains,compared to the VITEK 2 Compact identification results,MicroTyper MS allowed the identification of 841 strains(88.5%)to species and 899 strains(94.6%)to genus.51 strains(5.4%)were identified inconsistently.MicroTyper MS showed 88.5% concordance in identification to species and 94.6% concordance in identification to genus compared to VITEK 2 Compact.Of the 695 Gram-negative bacteria,MicroTyper MS allowed the identification of 611 strains(87.9%)to species and 649 strains(93.4%)to genus.46 strains(6.6%)were identified inconsistently.Of the 247 Gram-positive cocci,MicroTyper MS allowed the identification of 222 strains(89.9%)to species and 242(98.0%)to genus.5 strains(2.0%)were identified inconsistently.Among the 8 yeast strains,MicroTyper MS could identify 8 strains(100.0%)to species,and 0 strain were identified inconsistently.Conclusion MicroTyper MS and VITEK 2 Compact have high consistency in the identification results of common clinical bacteria,but MicroTyper MS has advantages of shorter time and lower cost compared to VITEK 2 Compact,which improves efficiency and facilitates clinical diagnosis and treatment.
