内镜下止血联合质子泵抑制剂治疗消化性溃疡并出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析消化性溃疡并出血患者采用内镜下止血联合质子泵抑制剂治疗的效果。方法300例消化性溃疡并出血患者,随机分为对照组、研究A组及研究B组,每组100例。对照组患者给予常规止血治疗,研究A组在对照组的基础上给予内镜治疗,研究B组进行内镜下止血联合质子泵抑制剂治疗。比较三组患者治疗效果及止血时间。结果研究B组治疗总有效率96.0%高于研究A组的86.0%和对照组的70.0%,且研究A组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究B组止血时间(17.9±1.2)h短于研究A组的(21.5±1.7)h和对照组的(33.2±2.3)h,且研究A组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化性溃疡并出血患者给予内镜下止血联合质子泵抑制剂治疗效果显著,可明显缩短止血时间,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of endoscopic hemostasis combined with proton pump inhibitor in the treatment of peptic ulcer with bleeding.Methods A total of 300 patients with peptic ulcer and bleeding were randomly divided into control group,research group A,and research group B,with 100 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional hemostatic treatment,research group A was given endoscopic treatment on the basis of the control group,and research group B was treated with endoscopic hemostasis and proton pump inhibitors.The therapeutic effect and hemostasis time were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in research group B was 96.0%,which was higher than that of 86.0% in research group A and 70.0% in the control group;the research group A was higher than the control group;time to hemostasis of(17.9±1.2)h in research group B was shorter than that of(21.5±1.7)h in research group A and(33.2±2.3)h in the control group;the research group A was shorter than the control group;all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic hemostasis combined with proton pump inhibitor has significant effect on patients with peptic ulcer and bleeding,which can significantly shorten the hemostasis time and is worthy of clinical promotion.
