魏清琳深刺下关穴配合拔罐治疗原发性三叉神经痛验案

摘　　要：原发性三叉神经痛是脑神经疾病中较常见的一种神经痛,在临床中属于顽固性疑难杂症,复发率高,西药治疗副作用较多,不能达到持久的远期效果,手术方法也存在一定的风险性。魏清琳应用深刺下关穴配合拔罐治疗原发性三叉神经痛多例,均可取得显著效果,说明该病应用针刺疗法具有明显的治疗优势,现分析其机理,例举病案报告如下。Primary trigeminal neuralgia is a common neuralgia in cranial nerve diseases.It belongs to intractable intractable miscellaneous diseases in clinical practice,with high recurrence rate.Western medicine treatment has many side effects and cannot achieve lasting long-term results.Surgical methods also have certain risks.Wei Qinglin applied deep acupuncture at Xiaguan point combined with cupping to treat many cases of primary trigeminal neuralgia,all of which could achieve significant effect,indicating that the application of acupuncture therapy for the disease has obvious therapeutic advantages,and its mechanism is analyzed.The medical record is reported as follows.
