摘 要:动脉粥样硬化是由血管壁脂肪堆积引起的动脉壁慢性炎症反应,是引起心血管狭窄/闭塞性疾病的主要原因。然而目前临床上治疗动脉粥样硬化引起的冠状动脉或外周动脉狭窄/闭塞血管主要通过介入治疗,其存在易发生血管再狭窄和预防内膜增生的药效时间有限等缺点。然而随着纳米材料的兴起,无创的光学治疗为动脉狭窄/闭塞性疾病带来了新的机会。本文综述了近年来基于纳米材料的动脉粥样硬化相关光学治疗方法,并对其在临床治疗的应用前景做出展望。Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory responses on the arterial wall from lipid deposition,the main cause of cardiovascular stenosis/obliterans disease.However,the current clinical interventional for coronary or peripheral artery stenosis/occlusion induced by atherosclerosis has some disadvantages,such as possible vascular restenosis and limited effect time to prevent intimal hyperplasia.However,with the rise of nanomaterials,non-invasive photo-therapy has brought new opportunities for arterial stenosi/occlusive diseases.This paper reviewed the recent photo-therapy with nanomaterials fo atherosclerosis based on and its prospect in clinical treatment.
