摘　　要：中国式乡村治理现代化是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要构成,对提升基层治理能力、促进农业农村现代化、助力共同富裕意义重大。从实现根本性目标、解决基本问题和应对主要矛盾三个维度看,中国式乡村治理现代化的本质要求是实现乡村均衡充分发展与维持乡村秩序和谐稳定。在路径选择上,需要超越国家控制与地方自治二元对立范式,不断完善乡村自治与公共治理并将两者有机融合起来。乡村区域分布广、差异性大,有效推进中国式乡村治理现代化,需要因地制宜,注重基层实践创新和制度创新,走创新驱动之路。中国式乡村治理现代化也是一个动态过程,正不断朝着善治的大方向演进,逐步实现乡村社会的“向善治理”“、善者治理”和“善于治理”。Modernizing Chinese rural governance is an important part of the modernization of China's system and capacity for governance.It has significant meaning for improving grassroots governance,promoting agricultural and rural modernization,and supporting common prosperity.From the three dimensions of achieving fundamental goals,solving basic problems,and responding to major contradictions,the essential requirement for modernizing Chinese rural governance is to achieve balanced and full development of rural areas while maintaining harmonious and stable rural order.In terms of path selection,it is necessary to go beyond the binary opposition paradigm of national control and local autonomy,continuously improve rural autonomy and public governance,and organically integrate the two.Rural areas are widely distributed and vastly different.Effective promotion of modernizing Chinese rural governance requires targeted measures,emphasizing grassroots practical innovation and institutional innovation,and taking an innovative-driven approach.The modernization of Chinese rural governance is also a dynamic process,constantly evolving towards good governance,gradually realizing the"governance towards the good","governance by the capable",and"governance with capability"of rural society.
