摘 要:目的:观察数码听觉统合训练联合常规行为治疗在注意缺陷多动障碍患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4月至2021年10月84例注意缺陷多动障碍患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各42例。对照组采取常规行为治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合数码听觉统合训练治疗,比较两组Conners儿童行为量表父母问卷评分,注意缺陷多动障碍筛查量表(SNAP-IV)评分和简式育儿压力问卷(PSI-SF)评分。结果:治疗后,两组Conners儿童行为量表父母问卷评分、SNAP-IV评分和PSI-SF评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:数码听觉统合训练联合常规行为治疗用于注意缺陷多动障碍患儿可降低Conners儿童行为量表父母问卷评分、SNAP-IV评分和PSI-SF评分,效果优于单纯常规行为治疗。Objective:To observe effects of digital auditory integration training combined with routine behavior therapy on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods:From April 2020 to October 2021,84 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder were selected for the prospective study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine behavior therapy,while the observation group was treated with digital auditory integration training on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of Conners behavior scale,the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder screening scale(SNAP-IV)and the simplified parenting stress index score(PSI-SF)were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the Conners behavior scale scores,the SNAP-IV scores and the PSI-SF scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Digital auditory integration training combined with c routine behavioral therapy for the children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder can reduce children’s Conners behavior scale scores,the SNAP-IV scores and the PSI-SF scores.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine behavior therapy.
