小儿热速清颗粒联合注射用盐酸头孢替安治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿热速清颗粒联合注射用盐酸头孢替安治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎(AST)患儿的效果。方法:选取2020年7月至2021年7月该院收治的90例AST患儿进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将患儿分为研究组、对照组各45例。对照组予以注射用盐酸头孢替安治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用小儿热速清颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效,咳嗽、扁桃体红肿、咽痛、发热等症状消失时间,血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)]水平,T细胞亚群指标(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为100.00%(45/45),明显高于对照组的86.67%(39/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组扁桃体红肿、咽痛、咳嗽、发热等症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组IL-4、IL-6、CD8^(+)水平均低于对照组,IFN-γ、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿热速清颗粒联合注射用盐酸头孢替安治疗AST患儿可提高疗效,加快患儿临床症状缓解,改善炎性因子水平和免疫功能,效果优于单用注射用盐酸头孢替安治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Xiaoer Resuqing granules combined with Cefotiam on children with acute suppurative tonsillitis(AST).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 90 children with AST admitted to the hospital from July 2020 to July 2021.These children were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each.The control group was treated with Cefotiam Hydrochloride for injection,while the study group was supplemented with Xiaoer Resuqing granules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the disappearance time of symptoms such as cough,tonsil redness,sore throat,and fever,the serum inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),γ-interferon(IFN-γ)],the T cell subset levels(CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was 100.00%(45/45),which was significantly higher than 86.67%(39/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of tonsil redness,sore throat,cough,and fever in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-6,and CD8^(+)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of IFN-γ,CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Xiaoer Resuqing granules and Cefotiam for the children with AST can improve the efficacy,accelerate the remission of clinical symptoms,and improve the levels of inflammatory factors and immune function.Moreover,it is superior to single Cefotiam hydrochloride for injection treatment.
