八珍益母丸联合戊酸雌二醇治疗人工流产术后月经不调患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察八珍益母丸联合戊酸雌二醇治疗人工流产术后月经不调患者的效果。方法:选取2020年6月至2021至12月该院收治的90例人工流产术后月经不调患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组给予戊酸雌二醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合八珍益母丸治疗,比较两组月经复潮时间,子宫内膜厚度,性激素指标[雌二醇(E_(2))、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)]水平,子宫动脉血流动力学指标[阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)、血流峰值速度(Vmax)]水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组月经复潮时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2、3周后,观察组子宫内膜厚度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组E_(2)水平高于对照组,LH、FSH水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组RI、PI水平均低于对照组,Vmax高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:八珍益母丸联合戊酸雌二醇治疗人工流产术后月经不调患者,可缩短月经复潮时间,增加子宫内膜厚度,改善性激素水平和子宫内膜动脉血流动力学,其效果优于单纯戊酸雌二醇治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Bazhen Yimu pills combined with Estradiol valerate on patients with irregular menstruation after induced abortion.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 90 patients with irregular menstruation after induced abortion admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to December 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Estradiol valerate,while the observation group was treated with Bazhen Yimu pills on the basis of that of the control group.The menstruation recovery time,the endometrial thickness,the levels of sexual hormone indicators[estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)],the uterine artery hemodynamic indicator levels[resistance Index(RI),pulse Index(PI),peak blood flow celocity(Vmax)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups Results:The menstruation recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.After 2 and 3 weeks of treatment,the endometrial thickness levels in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the E_(2) level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the LH and FSH levels were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The RI and PI levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while Vmax was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Bazhen Yimu pills combined with Estradiol valerate can shorten the menstruation recovery time,increase the endometrial thickness,improve the sexual hormone lev
