摘  要:目的:分析医院感染管理科参与抗菌药物应用管理的效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年6月医院感染管理科未参与抗菌药物管理的1200例手术患者的临床资料作为对照组,同时分析2019年7月至2021年6月医院感染管理科参与抗菌药物管理的1200例手术患者的临床资料作为观察组。比较两组抗菌药物使用情况、手术切口感染率、抗菌药物使用前微生物送检率、抗菌药物应用合格率和护理人员参与抗菌药物管理知信行水平。结果:观察组抗菌药物使用率、限制级抗菌药物和特殊级抗菌药物使用率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术切口感染率低于对照组,抗菌药物使用前微生物送检率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抗菌药物应用合格率为96.77%(120/124),高于对照组的62.64%(114/182),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员参与抗菌药物管理知识、态度及实践评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院感染管理科参与抗菌药物应用管理可降低抗菌药物使用率和手术切口感染率,提高抗菌药物使用前微生物送检率、抗菌药物应用合格率和护理人员参与抗菌药物管理知信行水平,其效果优于医院感染管理科未参与抗菌药物管理。Objective:To analyze influence of hospital infection management department’s participation in management of antibacterial drug use.Methods:The clinical data of 1200 surgical patients from January 2018 to June 2019(the hospital infection management department did not participate the antimicrobial drug management)were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as control group,while the clinical data of 1200 surgical patients from July 2019 to June 2021(the hospital infection management department participated the antimicrobial drug management)were also analyzed and set as observation group.The antibacterial drugs use,the surgical incision infection rate,the microbial inspection rate before the use of antibacterial drugs,the qualified rate of antibacterial drug use,and the knowledge-attitude-practice level of the nursing staffs participating in antibacterial drug management were compared between the two groups.Results:The use rate of antibacterial drugs use,the restricted grade antibacterial drugs,and the special grade antibacterial drugs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical incision infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the microbial inspection rate before the use of antibacterial drugs was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of antibiotic application in the observation group was 96.77%(120/124),higher than 62.64%(114/182)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knowledge-attitude-practice scores of the nursing staffs participating in antibacterial drug management of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The hospital infection management department’s participation in the management of antibacterial drug use can improve and reduce the antibacterial dru
