家庭固定照顾者回授法照护在老年硬核性白内障术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察家庭固定照顾者回授法照护在老年硬核性白内障术后患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月至2020年12月该院收治的92例老年硬核性白内障术后患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组各46例。对照组实施家庭固定照顾者常规照护,观察组在对照组基础上实施家庭固定照顾者回授法照护。比较两组照护前后患者视力水平、照顾者照护能力评分、患者健康行为[健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP-Ⅱ)]评分、不良事件发生率和照护满意度。结果:照护后,观察组患者视力水平、HPLP-Ⅱ评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组照顾者照护技能、照护知识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为2.17%(1/46),低于对照组的19.57%(9/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组照护满意度为97.83%(45/46),高于对照组的78.26%(36/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭固定照顾者回授法照护可提高老年硬核性白内障术后患者视力水平、HPLP-Ⅱ评分、照护满意度和照顾者照护能力评分,降低不良事件发生率,效果优于家庭固定照顾者常规照护。Objective:To observe application effects of fixed family caregiver feedback nursing in elderly patients with hard nuclear cataract after surgeries.Methods:The clinical data of 92 elderly patients with hard nuclear cataract treated in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each group.The control group was given family fixed caregiver routine nursing,while the observation group was given the fixed family caregiver feedback nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The visual acuity level,the caregiver care ability score,the patient health behavior[health-promoting lifestyle profile(HPLP-Ⅱ)]score,the incidence of adverse events,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the visual acuity level and the HPLP-Ⅱ score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing skills and nursing knowledge of the caregivers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.17%(1/46),which was lower than 19.57%(9/46)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.83%(45/46),which was higher than 78.26%(36/46)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The fixed family caregiver feedback nursing can improve the visual acuity,the HPLP-Ⅱ scores,the nursing satisfaction and the nursing ability scores of elderly patients with hard nuclear cataract after the surgeries,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.Moreover,it is superior to the family fixed caregiver routine nursing.
