无缝隙护理管理在社区预防接种中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察无缝隙护理管理在社区预防接种中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年6月在该社区卫生服务中心进行预防接种的86名儿童的临床资料,按照护理管理方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组各43名。对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施无缝隙护理管理。比较两组接种成功率和接种及时率、护理前后家长预防接种知信行评分、接种满意度评分和接种不良反应发生率。结果:观察组接种成功率为100.00%(43/43)、接种及时率为95.35%(41/43),分别高于对照组的86.05%(37/43)、79.07%(34/43),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组家长预防接种知识、行为、态度等知信行评分和总分,以及沟通能力、接种效率、服务态度等接种满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组接种不良反应发生率为4.65%(2/43),显著低于对照组的20.93%(9/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无缝隙护理管理可提高社区预防接种成功率、接种及时率、家长预防接种知信行评分和接种满意度,降低接种不良反应发生率,效果优于常规护理管理。Objective:To observe application effects of seamless nursing management in community vaccination.Methods:The clinical data of 86 children who were vaccinated at the high tech zone science avenue community health service center from January 2020 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing management methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,each with 43 patients.The control group implemented routine nursing management,while the observation group implemented seamless nursing management based on that of the control group.The vaccination success rate and the timely vaccination rate,the scores of parents’knowledge-attitude-practice scores before and after the nursing,the vaccination satisfaction score,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The vaccination success rate in the observation group was 100.00%(43/43),the timely vaccination rate was 95.35%(41/43),which were higher than 86.05%(37/43)and 79.07%(34/43)of the control group,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of parents’vaccination knowledge,behavior,attitude,and total score as well as their satisfaction scores on communication ability,vaccination efficiency,and service attitude in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions during vaccination in the observation group was 4.65%(2/43),significantly lower than 20.93%(9/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Seamless nursing management can improve the community vaccination success rate the timely vaccination rate the score of children’s parents’knowledge-attitude-practice and vaccination satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to vaccination.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing management.
