摘　　要：男性高泌乳素血症(Hyperprolactinemia,HPRL)是指血清中泌乳素浓度异常升高,以乳房异常发育、溢乳等为临床表现的一组综合征,可归属中医学“乳泣”范畴。吴深涛教授认为HPRL病理演变在于少阳失和,升降失司,终致木郁土壅,酿生淤浊入血化毒,浊毒上蒸外溢,核心病机为“木郁土壅,淤浊酿毒”,临证治以化浊解毒之法,并强调木土同调、浊热分解、调复气机、随症加减,疗效显著,并附验案1则。Male hyperprolactinemia(HPRL)refers to a group of syndromes with the abnormal increase of prolactin in serum and the clinical manifestations of abnormal breast development and galactorrhea.It can be classified into the category of galactorrhea in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Wu Shentao proposes the pathological evolution of HPRL.The disharmony of lesser yang and the disorder of ascending and descending lead to wood depression and earth stagnation,which generate turbidity entering the blood and turning into toxin.The turbid toxin then evaporates and overflows.The core pathogenesis is that turbidity generated from wood stagnation and earth stagnation turns into toxin.The clinical treatment should follow the principle of eliminating turbidity and removing toxin and focus on the regulation of wood and earth,the decomposition of turbidity and heat,the adjustment of qi movement,and the modification of prescriptions according to symptoms.The curative effect is remarkable and here we report a case to support this therapy.
