基于“治风先治血,血行风自灭”理论探讨国医大师干祖望治疗鼻鼽经验

摘　　要：鼻鼽作为耳鼻喉科慢性疾病之一,临床症状特殊,病程常迁延多年。国医大师干祖望从风论治鼻鼽时,常结合“治风先治血,血行风自灭”理论,在遣方用药时施以凉血、养血、活血等理血方药。血热者施以紫草、茜草、墨旱莲、生地、玄参等凉血祛风;血虚者施以四物汤及自拟经验效方——截敏蜜梅汤养血疏风;伴鼻塞瘀阻鼻窍者,施以通窍活血汤或地龙、蝉蜕等虫类药活血散风;配以具有理血作用之风药,标本兼治,疗效显著。As one of the chronic diseases in Otolaryngology Department,allergic rhinitis features special clinical symptoms and long disease course.According to the theory of regulating blood for treating wind diseases and smooth blood flow expelling wind pathogen,Chinese medicine master Gan Zuwang used blood-cooling,blood-nourishing,and blood-activating medicinals for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.For patients with blood heat syndrome,Arnebiae Radix,Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma,Ecliptae Herba,Rehmanniae Radix,and Scrophulariae Radix were generally employed for cooling blood and expelling wind.As for patients with blood deficiency,Siwu Decoction and self-made empirical prescription-Jiemin Mimei Decoction were applied for nourishing blood and dispelling wind.As to patients accompanied by nasal congestion and blood stasis,Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction or Pheretima,Cicadae Periostracum and other insect medicinals for activating blood and dispelling wind were used.In addition,the wind medicinals that can regulate blood were added,so as to treat both symptoms and root.The effect is remarkable.
