旋覆代赭汤联合倍他司汀治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕手法复位后残余头晕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察旋覆代赭汤联合倍他司汀治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)手法复位后残余头晕的疗效。方法:80例随机分为中药组和对照组,对照组予以倍他司汀,中药组予以旋覆代赭汤加倍他司汀,治疗2周。结果:中药组治疗后眩晕障碍量表(DHI)积分、6个月及1年复发率均低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:旋覆代赭汤联合倍他司汀治疗BPPV手法复位后残余头晕能明显缩短残余头晕的持续时间,减轻残余头晕症状,减少BPPV的复发率。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction combined with Betahistine in the treatment of residual dizziness after manual reduction of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into the Chinese medicine group and the control group.The control group were treated with Betahistine,while the Chinese medicine group were treated with Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction combined with betahistine.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Results:After treatment,the DHI score,6-month and 1-year recurrence rate of the Chinese medicine group were lower than those of the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction combined with Betahistine in the treatment of residual dizziness after manual reduction of BPPV could significantly shorten the duration of residual dizziness,reduce residual dizziness symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of BPPV.
