摘　　要：目的:观察理筋手法联合中药熏洗方治疗跟痛症的临床效果。方法:64例随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组口服艾瑞昔布片治疗,治疗组用理筋手法联合中药熏洗方治疗。结果:治疗后治疗组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),踝关节活动度评分高于对照组(P<0.05),综合疗效总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:理筋手法联合中药熏洗方治疗跟痛症疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of tendon-regulating manipulation combined with Chinese herbal fumigation prescription in the treatment of heel pain.Methods:Sixty-four cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group were treated with oral Imrecoxib Tablets,while the treatment group were treated with tendon-regulating manipulation combined with Chinese herbal fumigation prescription.Results:After treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the ankle joint activity score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(Pv0.05).Conclusion:Tendon-regulating manipulation combined with Chinese herbal fumigation prescription has a good curative effect in the treatment of heel pain.
