摘 要:煤矿井筒的损坏会造成一定程度的生产风险和经济损失,本文结合马泰壕煤矿地质条件与井筒工程实际情况,在综合分析国内外现行各井筒变形监测方法特点后,本着可靠性、先进性、经济性、重点区域监测等原则,确定采用融合钢丝基线法和传感器法的双源协同监测法。首先采用钢丝基线变形监测法,获得井壁现状数据,通过附有参数的条件平差拟合得到34个井筒断面的圆心与半径,利用MATLAB软件对井筒进行三维拟合分析,计算井筒中心线的倾斜、曲率等变形参数,对井筒现行状况进行初步判断;然后采用传感器监测方法,利用自动监测系统中的倾角计和静力水准仪实时采集井筒的沉降数据与倾斜数据,实现井筒变形数据的实时采集与展示分析,达到持续监测的目的。本次井筒变形监测系统的应用研究验证了双源协同监测法在井筒变形监测工作中的可行性与可靠性,为后续类似井筒监测工程提供了经验依据。The damage of coal mine shafts will cause serious production risks and economic losses.After analysis of the characteristics of shaft deformation monitoring methods,combined with the shaft engineering practice of Mataihao Coal Mine,this paper based on the principles of reliability,advancement,economy and monitoring of the key areas,steel-wire datum combined with sensor technology is proposed to monitor shaft deformation.First of all,the method of steel-wire datum deformation monitoring get the shaft deformation data,and the conditional adjustment method with parameters is used to analyze and process the data,fit the center and radius of the circle about 34 shaft sections,established a 3D model with MATLAB,and judging the current state of the shaft.Then the sensor monitoring method,through the sensor of the automatic monitoring system to achieve real-time data collection and display of the shaft deformation data to achieve the purpose of continuous monitoring.The application research of the wellbore deformation monitoring system has verified the feasibility and reliability of the dual source collaborative monitoring method in the wellbore deformation monitoring work,which provides an empirical basis for the subsequent similar wellbore monitoring projects.
