摘 要:为解决邯邢地区冶金渣固体废弃物大量堆存等问题,本文开展了以精炼渣、矿渣、脱硫石膏为主要成分的精炼渣基胶结料试验研究,考察了精炼渣掺量、胶砂比、浓度和温度对充填材料力学性能的影响,运用XRD和TG-DTG表征手段研究了精炼渣及其制备胶凝材料的水化产物。研究结果表明:精炼渣水化产物主要为C4AH_(13)、C_(3)AH_(6)、CH和凝胶类物质;在精炼渣掺量30%、矿渣46%、脱硫石膏24%时,充填试块28 d抗压强度为7.35 MPa,水化产物主要为钙矾石和C—S—H凝胶;调整浓度和胶砂比,精炼渣胶结尾矿充填材料28 d抗压强度可达1.09~8.73 MPa,抗压强度最高可达水泥充填材料的1.53倍,可以满足不同部位充填体的强度要求;养护温度由20℃升高至40℃,充填体3 d、7 d龄期抗压强度分别提高367%、170%。试验结果为精炼渣基胶结料制备全尾砂充填材料提供了数据支撑,降低了充填采矿成本,提高了精炼渣资源利用率。In view of the large amount of metallurgical slag solid waste stored in Handan-Xingtai Area,experimental research on refining slag based cement with refining slag,blast furnace slag and desulfurization gypsum as the main components was carried out.The effects of refining slag content,cement sand ratio,concentration and temperature on the compressive strength of filling material are studied.XRD and TG-DTG are used to study the hydration products of refining slag and its preparation of cementitious materials.The results show that the hydration products of refining slag are mainly C 4AH_(13),C_(3)AH_(6),CH and gel.When the content of refining slag is 30%,slag is 46%and desulfurized gypsum is 24%,the compressive strength of the filled test block for 28 d is 7.35 MPa,the hydration products are mainly ettringite and C—S—H gel.By adjusting the concentration and cement sand ratio,the 28 d compressive strength of tailings filling material cemented by the refining slag can reach 1.09-8.73 MPa,which is up to 1.53 times that of cement filling material,meeting the strength requirements of filling bodies in different parts.When the temperature increases from 20℃to 40℃,the early compressive strength of the filling body can be increased by 367%and 170%at 3 d and 7 d.The test results provide data support for the preparation of full tailings filling material with refining slag based cement,reduce the filling mining cost,and improve the utilization rate of refining slag resources.
