摘　　要：备战重大体育赛事作为提升运动员竞技能力和取得优异竞技成绩的必要环节,受内、外部多种因素影响,呈现系统复杂性特征。以我国举重项目备战东京奥运会为例,运用诠释主义案例研究方法,探索重大体育赛事全景化备战的构成要素及内在逻辑。研究发现,重大体育赛事全景化备战策略是以参赛需求为主导,以提升运动员竞技能力和参赛能力为目标,其核心要素由构建备战支撑主体、实施备战核心计划、建立备战运行机制和营造备战有利环境等构成,旨在实现备战管理、训练和参赛效益最大化。研究揭示了重大体育赛事全景式备战构成要素的内在逻辑,即以“政治主导、目标主导、资源主导”为逻辑的主导力,以“管理驱动、训练驱动、科技驱动”为逻辑的驱动力,以“职业保障、公平保障、环境保障”为逻辑的保障力所构成,共同作用于备战全过程。The preparation for major sports events,as a necessary step to improve athletes’competitive ability and obtain excellent performance,is affected by multiple internal and external factors with the complexity.This paper takes China’s weightlifting preparation for the Tokyo Olympic Games as a case study,and explores the elements and internal logic of the panoramic preparation for major sports events by the explanatory case study method.It is found that the panoramicpreparation for major sports events is dominated by the competition demand and aimed at improving the athletes’competitive ability and competition.And its core elements consist of construction of preparing supporting bodies,making preparing core tactics,establishing preparing operational mechanism and creating a favorable preparing environment,which aim at for maximum benefits of management,training and competing.At the same time,it reveals that the internal logic of the elements of the panoramic preparation for major sports events is guided by politics target,resource,and driven bymanagement,training,science and technology,and guaranteed by profession,fair,environment,which work together in the whole process of the preparation of the Tokyo Olympic Games.
