摘　　要：目的探究基于移动医疗的多元联动护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者后路腰椎椎体间融合术(PLIF)出院后自我护理能力的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月江西省宜春市中医院诊断明确的腰椎间盘突出症并行PLIF技术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与治疗组,每组各30例。对照组患者出院后使用传统护理方法,治疗组患者使用基于移动医疗的多元联动护理,为期3个月。比较两组患者的自我护理能力、自我效能水平及腰椎功能恢复情况。结果治疗组患者出院3个月后的自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者出院3个月后的慢性病自我效能量表(CPSS)各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者出院3个月后的日本骨科协会(JOA)各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于移动医疗的多元联动护理能够提高行PLIF治疗的LDH患者出院后自我护理能力及自我效能水平,促进其腰椎功能早日恢复。Objective To explore the influence of multiple linkage nursing based on mobile health care on self-care ability of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)undergoing posterior lumbar interbody fusion(PLIF)after discharge.Methods A total of 60 patients with LDH who were diagnosed in Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Jiangxi Province and treated with PLIF from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing method after discharge while the treatment group adopted multiple linkage nursing based on mobile health care,and both groups were nursed for 3 months.The self-care ability,self-efficacy and lumbar function recovery were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After 3 months of discharge,the scores of dimensions of exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)in treatment group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of dimensions of chronic pain self-efficacy scale(CPSS)in treatment group after 3 months of discharge were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of dimensions of Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)were higher in treatment group than those in control group after 3 months of discharge,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multiple linkage nursing based on mobile health care can enhance the self-care ability and self-efficacy of patients with LDH undergoing PLIF after discharge,and promote the early recovery of lumbar function.
