摘　　要：目的 研究手指爬墙肩梯在乳腺癌术后功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法 将60例纳入研究的患者随机分成2组,对照组30例采用常规护理模式对乳腺癌术后患者进行干预,观察组30例在常规护理基础上采用手指爬墙肩梯来帮助患者做术后功能锻炼,比较乳腺癌患者术后功能锻炼的效果。结果 采用手指爬墙肩梯的乳腺癌术后患者,在术后功能锻炼上依从性及效果方面均优于常规护理模式组。结论 手指爬墙肩梯能够有效提高乳腺癌患者术后功能锻炼的依从性和效果。Objective To study the application effect of finger climbing shoulder ladder in functional exercise after breast cancer surgery.Methods 60 patients included in the study were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing mode for postoperative intervention of patients with breast cancer,30 patients in the observation group were treated with finger climbing the wall shoulder ladder to help patients do postoperative functional exercise on the basis of routine nursing,and the effect of postoperative functional exercise in patients with breast cancer was compared.Results The postoperative breast cancer patients who underwent the finger climbing wall shoulder ladder were better than the conventional nursing mode group in terms of postoperative functional exercise compliance and effect.Conclusion Finger climbing wall shoulder ladder can effectively improve the compliance and effect of functional exercise after breast cancer surgery.
