红外热像图在乳腺增生中药敷贴及针灸治疗疗效评估中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨红外热像图在乳腺增生病人中药敷贴及针灸治疗疗效评估中的应用价值。方法 选择2018年5月至2020年5月在达州市中西医结合医院就诊的乳腺增生病人110例,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各55例。两组病人均采用红外热成像技术进行影像学检查,对照组采用针灸治疗,观察组在针灸治疗基础上进行中药敷贴治疗,治疗3个月后,分析比较两组病人临床疗效,疼痛评分、肿块评分、全身伴随症状评分及红外热像图平均温度差,并采用Pearson相关性分析法分析病人红外热像图平均温度差与疼痛评分、肿块评分及全身症状评分的相关性。结果 观察组的总有效率为98.18%,明显高于对照组的87.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组病人疼痛评分、肿块评分、全身伴随症状评分、红外热像图平均温度差比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组病人疼痛评分、肿块评分、全身伴随症状评分及红外热像图平均温度差均明显降低(P<0.05),且这些指标在观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,病人红外热像图平均温度差与疼痛评分、肿块评分、全身伴随症状评分均呈正相关(r=0.26、0.32、0.29,P<0.05)。结论 红外热像图可用于评估乳腺增生病人中药敷贴及针灸治疗疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application value of infrared thermal image in the evaluation of efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine dressing and acupuncture in patients with breast hyperplasia.Methods One hundred and ten cases of patients with breast hyperplasia in Dazhou Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,patients were assigned into study group and control group with 55 cases in each group by random number table.Imaging examinations were performed by infrared thermal image in both groups;patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture,while patients in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine dressing on the basis of acupuncture treatment.After three months of treatment,the clinical efficacy,pain score,mass score,systemic associated symptom score and average temperature difference of infrared thermal image were analyzed and compared between the two groups,and the correlation between average temperature difference of infrared thermal image and pain score,mass score,systemic associated symptom score was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis method.Results The total effective rate of the study group(98.18%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.27%),with statistical significance(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain score,mass score,systemic associated symptom score and the average temperature difference of infrared thermal image between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the pain score,mass score,systemic associated symptom score andthe average temperature difference of infrared thermal image were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and these indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Pearson correlation analysis showed that the average temperature difference of infrared thermal image was positively correlated with pain score,mass score and systemic as
