摘　　要：目的 评价新疆生产建设兵团医院医联体药品供应目录的合理性,最大限度地满足临床的合理用药需求。方法 按照《中国医疗机构药品目录管理评价指南》中的量化评分细则,评价新疆生产建设兵团医院四家一、二级医联体单位《医疗机构药品供应目录》,评分≥85分为优秀,无须调整;评分在60~84分为良好,需做出必要调整后继续动态评价;评分<60分为不及格,提示亟须调整。结果 四家医联体经评分分别为67.9分、66.3分、72.0分、82.6分,评分60~84分均为良好,仍有待提升,需做出必要调整后继续动态评价。结论 《中国医疗机构药品目录管理评价指南》能够科学指导各级医疗机构药品供应目录,值得推广,三甲医院作为医联体主导单位需对各医联体单位《医疗机构药品供应目录》进行优化调整,保障基层居民获得同质化的药学服务。Objective To evaluate the rationality of drug supply catalogue in medical union units of our hospital,so as to maximize the clinical need for rational drug use.Methods In accordance with the rules for quantitative scoring in the guidelines for the evaluation and management of drug catalogs of Chinese medical institutions,the catalogue of drug supply of medical institutions of four primary and secondary medical union units of our hospital was evaluated,and a score≥85 was classified as excellent without adjustment;The score was graded as good at 60-84,and the dynamic evaluation was continued after necessary adjustments were made;A score of 60was classified as failing,suggesting a critical need for adjustment.Results The scores of the four medical concatemers were 67.9,66.3,72.0 and 82.6,respectively,the scores of 60-84 were all good and still need to be raised,which need to be adjusted to continue dynamic evaluation.Conclusions The guidelines for the management and evaluation of the drug catalogue of Chinese medical institutions can scientifically guide the drug supply catalogue of medical institutions at all levels.As the leading unit of the medical consortium,our hospital needs to optimize and adjust the drug supply catalogue of medical institutions of various medical consortium units to ensure that grass-roots residents can obtain homogeneous pharmaceutical care.
