摘　　要：目的探讨电子心力测量法评估老年肺部感染患者心功能的准确性和可靠性。方法 选取2021年1月~12月在解放军西部战区总医院干部病房住院治疗的124例老年肺部感染患者,在住院72 h内均应用电子心力测量法和经胸多普勒超声心动图法测定心输出量(CO)、每博输出量(SV),使用Pearson相关系数比较数据之间的相关性。结果 电子心力测量法和经胸多普勒超声心动图测得的心功能参数间有显著的相关性(SV:r=0.899,P=0.002;CO:r=0.895,P=0.005)。结论 电子心力测量法可实时、准确评估老年肺部感染患者心功能。Objective To explore the accuracy and reliability of electronic cardiometry in evaluating cardiac function in elderly patients with pulmonary infection.Methods Total of 124 elderly patients with pulmonary infection hospitalized in the cadre ward of the General Hospital of the Western Theater of the Chinese people's Liberation Army from January 2021 to December 2021 were measured by electronic cardiometry and transthoracic Doppler echocardiography.The correlation between the data was compared by Pearson correlation coefficient.Results There was a significant correlation between the cardiac function parameters measured by electronic cardiometry and transthoracic Doppler echocardiography(SV:r=0.899,P=0.002;CO:r=0.895,P=0.005).Conclusion Electronic cardiometry can evaluate the cardiac function of elderly patients with pulmonary infection in real time and accurately.
