摘　　要：中国共产党的情感运用与党在各个历史时期的中心任务相适应,在保证党的事业和各项工作获得成功的同时,自身也取得了重大发展。在新民主主义革命时期,情感运用通过情感启蒙,以情传情,唤起革命豪情,争取民族独立和人民解放。在社会主义革命和建设时期,通过情感动员,以情释理,激发斗争激情,奠定了根本政治前提和制度基础;在改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期,通过情感管理,以理驭情,培育发展热情,解放和发展了生产力;进入中国特色社会主义新时代,通过情感治理,融情于理,凝聚复兴至情,向着中华民族伟大复兴的目标扎实前进。中国共产党的情感运用能够克服情感自身局限,不断取得成功的根本原因在于,其蕴含着一套“服务人民”“一心为公”“实事求是”“省察克己”的道德语法。统而言之,党的情感运用的基本经验是,坚持党的领导与人民至上相统一,坚持方法性和目的性相统一,坚持合情性与合理性相统一,坚持情感社会化与情感制度化相统一。The emotional application by the Communist Party of China(CPC)is in line with the party’s central tasks in various historical periods,and it has also achieved significant development in ensuring the success of the party’s cause and work.During the period of the new democratic revolution,the CPC,through emotional enlightenment,emotional affection and revolutionary passion stimulation,finally won national independence and people’s liberation;in the period of socialist revolution and construction,the CPC,through emotional mobilization and emotional interpretation,aroused the passion for struggle,laying a fundamental political premise and an institutional basis;in the new era of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,the CPC,through emotional management,managing emotions by reason and nurturing development enthusiasm,liberated and developed the productive forces;in the new era of constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics,the CPC,through emotional governance,rational management of emotions and cohering national rejuvenation enthusiasm,moved towards the great revitalization of the Chinese nation steadily.The fundamental reason why the CPC’s emotional application can overcome the limitations of its own emotions and achieves continuous success is that it contains a set of moral grammars of“serving the people”,“serving the public with one heart”,“seeking truth from facts”,and“self-denial through self-examination”.In general,the basic experience of the party’s emotional application is to adhere to the unity of the CPC’s leadership and the people’s supremacy,methodology and purpose,sense and sensibility,and emotional socialization and emotional institutionalization.
