中医治疗多发性硬化症的现状及思考

摘　　要：从历史沿革、病因病机及治法等方面对多发性硬化症(MS)的中医研究现状加以归纳总结。MS病位在肾,同时累及肝、脾、胃、肺、心等脏腑,风邪、寒邪、伏邪、火热、劳倦、思虑、房事均与MS发病相关。目前中药治疗MS多以补肾为主,兼顾肝、脾,清热祛湿,化瘀祛痰为辅助,针灸推拿、传统运动等均有一定效果,中医心理治疗亦可应用于MS所致精神障碍。The present study reviewed the advances of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of multiple sclerosis(MS) from historical evolution,etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment.The disease is located in the kidney and involves the liver,spleen,stomach,lung,heart,and other organs.Wind,cold,latent pathogen,heat,fatigue,sorrow,and sex are related to the onset of MS.At present,the TCM treatment of MS mainly focuses on tonifying the kidney,as well as the liver and spleen,and clearing heat,dispelling dampness,resolving blood stasis,and eliminating phlegm serve as auxiliary methods.Acupuncture,moxibustion,tuina,and traditional sports also show certain effects.TCM psychotherapy can also be used in MS-caused mental disorders.
