摘  要:目的 探讨以病例为基础的学习(case-based learning,CBL)联合人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)技术在肺结节影像阅片教学中的应用价值。方法 选取2022年2—6月苏州大学2019级临床医学专业本科班学生60名,按随机数字表分为试验组和对照组,各30名。试验组采用CBL联合AI技术教学模式进行肺结节影像阅片教学,对照组采用传统讲授教学模式进行肺结节影像阅片教学。教学结束后对比两组学生肺结节理论知识考核和阅片技能考核成绩,肺结节CT影像特征描述准确率、诊断结果准确率、鉴别诊断准确率和治疗决策判断准确率,以及对本次教学的满意度。结果 试验组肺结节理论知识考核成绩、阅片技能考核成绩、肺结节CT影像特征描述准确率、诊断结果准确率、鉴别诊断准确率、治疗决策判断准确率及教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 CBL联合AI技术能有效提升学生肺结节影像阅片能力和教学质量。Objective To study the value of case-based learning(CBL) combined with artificial intelligence(AI)technology in the teaching of image reading for lung nodules.Methods A total of 60 students from Soochow University were selected as the subjects of study from February to June 2022.According to random number table,students were divided into two groups:the experimental study group(n=30) was conducted with CBL combined with AI technology teaching mode.The control group(n=30) was conducted with traditional teaching mode.The theoretical and reading skill examination scores,and the accuracy of describing the characteristics of pulmonary nodules,diagnostic results,differential diagnosis and judging treatment decisions,and the student's satisfaction with teaching were compared between two groups after teaching.Results The scores of theoretical and reading skill examination,and the accuracy of describing the characteristics of pulmonary nodules,diagnostic results,differential diagnosis and judging treatment decisions,and the satisfaction rate of the experimental study were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with AI technology can effectively promote the students' ability of image reading for lung nodules and teaching quality.
