摘  要:针对某厂薄规格花纹板中间浪缺陷,进行分析,发现缺陷产生的原因主要在平整工序。通过不同工艺试验跟踪,结果表明:当平整机卷取张力>开卷张力,且超过一定数值时,极易出现中间浪缺陷。当投用平整辊时,也容易出现中间浪缺陷。为此,提出控制平整机卷取与开卷张力差、不投用平整辊等措施,可有效避免中间浪的产生。Based on the analysis of the middle wave defect of the thin specification checkered plate in a factory,it is found that the main reason for the defect is in the leveling process.Through the tracking of different process tests,the results show that when the coiling tension of the leveling machine is greater than the uncoiling tension and exceeds a certain value,the intermediate wave defect is very easy to occur.When the leveling roll is put into use,the intermediate wave defect is also easy to occur.Therefore,measures such as controlling the tension difference between coiling and uncoiling of the temper mill and not using the temper roll are proposed to effectively avoid the generation of intermediate waves.
