摘  要:综述了国内外钢铁工业的环保治理与节能技术的进展,并对今后的发展方向进行了展望。高炉转炉技术重点发展低碳高炉,以取代氢焦油为主,特别提出了以碳搜集和利用为基础,将冶金废气应用于化工产品的生产,是目前最彻底、最合理、最可持续的方法。高依托技术力量,开展了零碳钢化学、能源一体化网络工程,也就是神威CCU(SCENWI CCU)项目,强化对冶金废气的收集、输送和净化。并发展化工过程和产品,为促进钢铁工业的可持续、高质量发展,提供有力的支撑。This paper summarizes the progress of environmental protection and energy conservation technology in iron and steel industry at home and abroad,and looks forward to the future development direction.The blast furnace converter technology focuses on the development of low-carbon blast furnace,mainly replacing hydrogen tar.It is particularly proposed that the application of metallurgical waste gas to the production of chemical products based on carbon collection and utilization is the most thorough,reasonable and sustainable method at present.Relying on technical strength,this paper have carried out the zero-carbon steel chemical and energy integration network project,namely the SCENWI CCU project,to strengthen the collection,transmission and purification of metallurgical waste gas,and develop chemical processes and products to provide strong support for promoting the sustainable and high-quality development of the steel industry.
