摘  要:鉴于轴承是钢铁机械中非常关键的零件,其运行状况直接决定产品品质,基于对轧辊轴承振动特性与故障机理以及轧辊轴承故障诊断方法的分析研究,以轴承外环失效为例,建立轧辊轴承振动测试系统,采用改进LMS算法的轴承故障诊断技术对轴承进行诊断,以准确诊断轴承的故障。Bearing is a very important part in iron and steel machinery,and its operation condition directly determines the product quality.Based on the analysis and research of the vibration characteristics and fault mechanism of roller bearing and the fault diagnosis method of roller bearing,taking the failure of the outer ring of bearing as an example,the vibration test system of roller bearing is established,and the bearing fault diagnosis technology of improved LMS algorithm is used to diagnose the bearing,so as to accurately diagnose the bearing fault.
