摘　　要：宣钢转型升级期间,冶金焦炭由自用改为对外销售,为积极应对严峻的市场挑战,实现焦炭销售效益最大化,公司上下树立以市场为抓手,以成本为核心的理念,持续开展低成本配煤研究和高产能的提产增效攻关活动,通过优化配煤结构、调整用煤矿点、稳步提高单孔装煤量及调整焦炉周转时间等措施提高焦炉利用系数,通过强化生产组织措施、技术保障措施和设备保障措施,确保焦炭成熟良好、生产稳定顺行,最终实现焦炉低成本高产能的生产模式。During the transformation and upgrading period of Xuanhua Iron and steel company,the metallurgical coke was changed from self-use to external sale,with the concept of cost as the core,we will continue to carry out low-cost coal blending research and high-yield and high-efficiency research activities,the utilization coefficient of coke oven can be increased by optimizing the coal blending structure,adjusting the coal mine points,steadily increasing the single-hole coal loading and adjusting the coke oven turnaround time,etc.,through strengthening the measures of production organization,technical support and equipment support,to ensure the smooth operation of coke maturation and good production,and finally realize the production mode of coke oven with low cost and high production capacity.
