摘  要:总结了山钢1号5 100 m^(3)高炉在强化冶炼过程中所采取的各项措施,从强化原燃料管理、优化高炉操作制度和强化操作管理制度等方面入手,引导高炉煤气流向“中心发展,边沿平稳”的方向发展,实现高炉稳定顺行。实践表明,1号5 100 m^(3)高炉从2021年3月开始各项技术经济指标均有改善,高炉日产量增幅明显,4月利用系数提升至2.33 t/(m^(3)·d)以上。入炉焦比由2020年的355.6 kg/t降至335 kg/t。The measures for strengthening smelting of No.15100m^(3) blast furnace in Shandong Iron&Steel Group are summarized.Through strengthening the management of raw fuel,it optimizes the operation system of blast furnace and strengthens the operation management system and other measures.The reasonable distribution of blast furnace gas flow"center development and edge stability"is to ensure the steady operation of the blast furnace.Since March 2021,technical and economic indicators for No.15100m^(3) blast furnace have been improved and the daily output of BF has been increased significantly and the utilization coefficient reaches more than 2.33t/(m^(3)·d)in April.The ratio of putting coke into furnace will be reduced from 355.6 kg/t in 2020 to 335 kg/t.
