摘　　要：高炉炉缸温差升高危害性很大,严重时会发生炉缸烧穿事故,对生产及人员的安全造成巨大的威胁,近些年国内高炉炉缸温差升高护炉主要采取控制合理产能、配加含钛炉料、提高冷却强度、堵风口、停风凉炉等措施。针对首秦2号高炉近几年炉缸温差升高后运行情况,主要介绍采取的相应措施及操作经验。The rise of temperature difference in the hearth of blast furnace is very harmful.In serious cases,the hearth burn-out accident will occur,which poses a huge threat to the safety of production and personnel.In recent years,the main measures for protecting the hearth of blast furnace in China are to control the reasonable production capacity,add titanium-containing burden,improve the cooling intensity,block the tuyere,stop the air and cool the furnace,etc.In view of the operation of Shouqin No.2 blast furnace after the temperature difference in the hearth has increased in recent years,the specific measures and operating experience are mainly introduced.
