达钢5号高炉非均匀调节风口恢复炉况实践

摘　　要：达钢5号高炉炉缸冻结,出现气流分布不均、长期炉况失常问题,甚至严重到需要非均匀性调节风口,针对此情况,对高炉进行了非均匀调节风口恢复炉况实践。恢复过程中,炉缸冻结不具备正常休风条件,通过坚持中心、边缘两道气流,保证高炉顺行,然后逐步开风口加风,待炉缸运行状态逐步好转,炉缸活跃程度具备正常休风条件后,休风非均匀性调节风口;复风过程中,坚持中心、边缘两道气流,确保高炉稳定顺行,待达到一定强度以后运行一段时间,观察下部非均匀性风口调节是否适合高炉生产需要,再逐步进行上部调节,使高炉实现高强度、长周期稳定顺行。The blast furnace hearth is frozen this time,the air flow distribution is uneven,the long-term furnace condition is abnormal,and it is even serious enough to require non-uniformity to adjust the tuyere.During the recovery process,the hearth is frozen and does not have the normal conditions for wind shutdown.By adhering to the central and edge airflow to ensure smooth operation,and then gradually open the tuyere to add air.After the hearth operation state gradually improves and the hearth activity meets the normal conditions for wind shutdown,the non-uniformity of wind shutdown is adjusted.During the process of wind resumption,adhere to the central and edge airflow to ensure the stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace,and operate for a period of time after reaching a certain intensity,Observe whether the adjustment of the lower non-uniform tuyere is suitable for the production needs of the blast furnace,and then gradually adjust the upper tuyere to make the blast furnace enter the high-strength long-term stable and smooth operation.
