摘　　要：制氢机整流装置自动化系统整合了整流变压器网侧高压控制功能、整流变压器和水冷却器状态监控功能,增加了系统封脉功能,当发生报警时,可及时进行封脉,对系统进行有效保护。同时系统增加了能源统计功能,可实时统计电能的消耗。采用POD触摸屏,对整流器系统各个参数进行相应设定,并能实时显示整流器系统各部分的状态以及系统工作情况,实现故障报警、保护系统。The automation system of the rectifier device of the hydrogen generator integrates the high-voltage control function at the grid side of the rectifier transformer,the status monitoring function of the rectifier transformer and the water cooler,and adds the system pulse sealing function.When an alarm occurs,the pulse can be sealed in time to effectively protect the system.At the same time,the system adds the function of energy statistics,which can count the consumption of electric energy in real time.The POD touch screen is used to set the parameters of the rectifier system accordingly,and can display the status of all parts of the rectifier system and the working conditions of the system in real time,so as to realize the fault alarm and protection system.
