摘　　要：介绍了2D5.5W-20/18-Ⅰ型煤气压缩机工作参数和重点结构,分析了吸排气阀片、活塞环、冷却器等部件损坏的原因,通过设备优化和规范操作,对压缩机进行了优化实践。This paper introduces the working parameters and key structure of 2D5.5W-20/18-i gas compressor,analyzes the damage reasons of suction and exhaust valve slice,piston ring,cooler and other parts,and optimizes the compressor through equipment optimization and standard operation.
