摘　　要：主要介绍了对连铸中包烘烤器原有设备实现PLC自动化控制过程、汽化冷却系统水位检测的人工干预和设备匹配选型以及在煤气回收系统中测试和调整风机转找其合适回收时间的三个方面内容进行阐述。通过改造,取得了良好的效果,推动了企业节能减排工作。This paper mainly introduces the PLC automatic control process of the original equipment of the continuous casting tundish roaster,the manual intervention of the water level detection of the vaporization cooling system and the equipment matching and selection,as well as the test and adjustment of the fan rotation in the gas recovery system to find the appropriate recovery time.Through the transformation,good results have been achieved,promoting the energy conservation and emission reduction work of enterprises.
