摘 要:纳米氧化铁具备的磁性、耐光性更好,且对紫外线吸收能力更强,能广泛应用到新型磁性记录材料、电子、涂料以及塑料等行业中。制备氧化铁的方法很多,为了能降低其含量,需要对其详细探讨,保证从中获得先进的工作经验。转炉终渣氧化铁含量过高会增加炼钢成本,影响钢水质量,不利于经济炉龄的延长。通过对不同操作方式情况下的渣样进行对比,分析其中氧化铁含量的影响因素,从转炉底吹设置、拉碳枪位和氧压、过程温度控制、加料方式等几方面着手,固化操作模式,达到降低转炉终渣氧化铁含量的目的。Nanometer iron oxide has better magnetism,light resistance and ultraviolet absorption ability,and can be widely used in new magnetic recording materials,electronics,coatings,plastics and other industries.There are many ways to prepare iron oxide.In order to reduce its content,it is necessary to discuss it in detail to obtain advanced work experience from it.The high content of iron oxide in the final slag of converter will increase the cost of steelmaking,affect the quality of molten steel,and is not conducive to the extension of economic furnace life.Through the comparison of slag samples under different operation modes,the influencing factors of iron oxide content are analyzed,and the operation mode is solidified from the aspects of converter bottom blowing setting,carbon pulling gun position and oxygen pressure,process temperature control,and charging mode,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the iron oxide content of converter final slag.
